Blair County Game Fish & Forestry

Life Long hunting and fishing enthusiast.  Born in upstate New York.  Grew up in a Dairy Farm family.  Active in Neighbors Gun Club.  Undergraduate degrees from SUNY Morrisville, NY in Animal Husbandry/Dairy herd management; and Hartwick College, Oneonta, NY Anthropology/Sociology.  MDiv Graduate of LTS, Gettysburg PA.  An ordained Evangelical Lutheran Pastor (Conservative) serving as Denominational President (Evangelical Lutheran Conference & Ministerium of North America),  Founded and established three area Lutheran Churches - Faith Ev. Lutheran, Duncansville; Barley Ev. Lutheran, New Enterprise; and Faith Ev. Lutheran, Frankstown Road, Hollidaysburg.  Have lived and served continuously in the Altoona area since February 1985. My spouse was born in York, PA.  Our 2 sons and their families live in Blair County.  An active member of the NRA.  Life time member of the NAHC.  Currently serving on the Education Committee of the Blair County Tea Party.
